Pastoral Counseling
The title "pastor" simply means shepherd, and our Pastor's role is to care for God's flock that is our church. In providing care, the pastor is available to listen to concerns and provide sound spiritual and biblical counsel. The pastor is bound by an oath of confidentiality and will not reveal information shared in the confidence of private confession or counsel. The pastor is not a trained social worker or therapist and there may be times when he will refer individuals or couples to seek a competent 3rd party to help them address concerns on which professional counsel may be warranted.
